Ravenswood family welcome you to the Ravenswood, centrally located only 300 metres from Torquay Harbour with its abundance of restaurants bars and eateries & the town centre for shopping. A perfect place to rest and relax and yet be within a short stroll of the attractions. Our accommodation is comfortable,cosy and each room is individually decorated to provide a perfect base for your break. We pride ourselves on our friendly service.

Location.....The location of The Ravenswood is superb, being adjacent to Torquay Museum and on the Agatha Christie Mile. A short walk of 300 metres takes you to the harbour, with its boats, restaurants and Pavilion, or to the central shopping area in Fleet Street and Torquay's nightlife and theatre. Torquay's blue flag award beaches are but a short walk away, and for the energetic, the South-West Coast Path is a great place to walk and take in the scenery. .

Rooms... Relax in our rooms which are beautifully furnished and stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours, the bedrooms all benefit from features characteristic of an Edwardian House. Each room offers a comfortable bed with a high quality mattress to ensure a good night's sleep together with an en-suite shower room, flat screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the B&B. The front facing rooms have beautiful views of Torwood Gardens

Breakfast....Charged as an optional extra is served in the airy breakfast room so you can enjoy views over Torwood Gardens. We serve our Ravenswood Breakfast and lighter bites freshly cooked to order.

Parking....We have a space for every room. There are limited spaces immediately to the rear of the B&B, with access from Museum Road ideal for unloading and the rest are in a secure, barrier controlled car park 100 metres away, also off Museum Road.

Conditions of Booking
Accommodation at "Ravenswood" can be reserved by Credit/Debit card over the telephone. On booking guests will be charged a 30% deposit which is non-refundable.

At the Ravenswood Sue and Peter offer an excellent inclusive breakfast with a friendly personal service. With parking available for all rooms, free WiFi and Free view flatscreen TV's its easy to relax at the Ravenswood. Ravenswood is in the heart of the English Riviera close to the town centre and theatres, Torbay and the English Riviera are in the world heritage Global Geopark site in South Devon.

For the more adventurous the harbour offers a wide range of water sports and fishing opportunities, the miles of beach and the beauty of the cliff walks along the South West costal path provide stunning views.

Cancellation Policy
If reservation cancelled for any reason after booking guests will be charged 0% before 14 days of check in and if guests cancelled within 14 days of check in guests will be charged 100% total price of booking

Smoking / Vaping
All bedrooms are non-smoking/vaping. Any guests found smoking/vaping in the B&B will be charged £50 and asked to leave.

Damages
Any damages found and judged to be the responsibility of guests will be chargeable.

Abuse
Any abuse to staff, or other guests and any acts of vandalism will result in termination of stay with no refund.

Group Bookings
No group bookings (Two rooms or more) will be accepted without prior discussion with B&B management and no single sex groups (eg stag, hen or sports teams).

Children
Children older than 10 years are welcome.
All children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing beds.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for cribs in the room.

Pets
We do not accept any pets at Ravenswood.

Parking
We have a space for every room. Three places are immediately to the rear of the B&B, the rest are in a secure, barrier controlled car park 100 metres away also off Museum Road.
